folding@home and GPUGRID are using GPU, Worldcommunitygrid and rosetta@home for CPU.

folding@home and GPUGRID are using GPU, Worldcommunitygrid and rosetta@home for CPU. If I may complete what kain already wrote: Yes, basically all projects which deal with protein folding, but there are some limitations in regard to CPU and GPU usage. > Folding@Home can utilize both CPU and GPUs of all kind > Rosetta seems to be a CPU only project > GPUGrid does NOT support 10xx Pascal cards as CUDA 8.5 is not yet released. So they still rely on Maxwell (or older) GPUs. Another cancer related project is WorldCommunityGrid - Mapping cancer markers. But they aim at cancer screening rather than drug development.

My best regards for server-side people (developers, managers and scientists) and client-side too (others contributors, like me). If to future you would need more compute power, I'll be there (with CPU and GPU too) :)

In case you want to support a European project, consider GPUGRID... Your gtx 750 will do a good job there. Best wishes from Austria. :)
